Ohio Background Check
A twenty-year-old screening business whose WordPress site had been hacked — roughly 7,500 casino-spam pages injected, four rogue administrator accounts, and a fake plugin holding the door open. Google had indexed the spam. Cleaned, hardened, and rebuilt in a week.
The cleanup
Full backup first, then removed the rogue accounts and the malware plugin, cleared 7,562 injected pages, brought WordPress core and every plugin and theme current, and repaired a robots.txt that had been pointing crawlers at fake sitemaps.
The rebuild
Proper page metadata and local business schema, consistent name-address-phone across directories, a published guide to Ohio background-check law as a first linkable asset, a rebuilt order form after testing surfaced a bug in the old one, and mobile fixes throughout.
The result
Overall site audit score moved from 32 to 60 out of 100 inside 48 hours — SEO and discoverability from 38 to 70. The remaining work is the theme modernization that permanently retires the plugins the attackers were exploiting.
DallasCrete
A Dallas–Fort Worth concrete contractor running on Prometheus — company-scoped CRM, contacts and leads, activity history, and a claimable pool of auto-sourced jobs from public records. Rebranded with a custom login and dashboard.
Deployment
Isolated tenant on Prometheus. Employees log in with company email and structurally cannot see another company’s data — every API route filters on the session’s company ID.
Lead flow
Public form posts authenticate with a company API key and land directly in the right tenant. Auto-sourced leads sit unclaimed until someone claims one, which atomically converts it to a contact and lead they own.
Team
Multiple admin users provisioned, plus a platform-wide owner role for cross-tenant support access.

Prometheus CRM
A multi-tenant CRM with something almost no CRM ships with: a lead-generation engine attached. Every company gets an isolated workspace. Every workspace arrives with pipeline in it.
The lead engine
A daily scheduler polls DFW building permits, appraisal district records, TxDOT projects, Google Places and OpenStreetMap, writing results into a shared pool. These are research targets pulled from public record — early signal, not purchased lists.
Multi-tenancy
Company, user and lead records are scoped at the database level and enforced at every API route. Not a filter in the UI — a structural boundary.
Stack
Next.js, NextAuth, Prisma and Postgres, deployed on a persistent Node process so the scheduler actually runs. Public lead intake API for external marketing sites.
Apex Archive
The content problem, solved. Small businesses are sitting on thousands of photos and videos they cannot find, so they never get used. Apex Archive finds what you already have and makes it post-ready.
Ingest
Drag and drop from any device straight to object storage via presigned URLs — the server never handles the file bytes, so phone video scales fine. Thumbnails generated on ingest.
AI tagging
Every upload is tagged automatically by Claude against a fixed taxonomy, with a natural-language description written alongside it. Tags are editable, and a human-verified flag is what makes the library trustworthy.
Output
Search and filter in plain English, group into collections, publish tokenized read-only share galleries, and push drafted social posts. AI drafts, humans approve.
