what we build

The whole machine.

Three phases. Sold together, because the halves are worthless apart — a system with no demand is furniture, and demand with no system is a leak.

Phase 01

Build

Replace the subscription stack with one system you own outright.

Most small businesses are running on six to ten tools that were each a reasonable decision in isolation and are collectively a mess. Nothing shares data. Everything renews. You own none of it. Phase one is replacing that with a single system shaped around how your business actually works.

Custom website

Built as code on infrastructure you control. No page-builder subscription, no CMS tax, no platform that can change its pricing on you.

Brand identity

Logo system, type, color, and the design rules that keep everything downstream consistent.

CRM and records

Contacts, leads, jobs and activity history — structured for your trade, not for a software company’s idea of a sales funnel.

Quoting and invoicing

Wired into the same records, so a quote becomes a job becomes an invoice without re-typing anything.

Client portal

Secure login where your customers see their own project, documents and payments.

Deployment pipeline

Domain, hosting, SSL and automated deploys — all in accounts registered to you.

Phase 02

Fill

An empty CRM is a liability. This is the half almost nobody ships.

Anyone can sell you a database. The reason most CRM projects fail is that six weeks after launch there is nothing in it, because filling it was always somebody else’s job. We treat demand as part of the build, not a separate engagement you get quoted for later.

Automated lead sourcing

Daily pollers against public records — building permits, appraisal district filings, TxDOT projects, Google Places, OpenStreetMap — surfacing jobs before they are on anyone’s radar.

Paid social and search

Meta, TikTok, Google. Planned with real audience strategy, bought properly, and measured against pipeline instead of impressions.

Programmatic and DSP

When the budget justifies it: display, video and connected TV bought through The Trade Desk and DV360.

Content system

Your existing photo and video library, centralized and AI-tagged, feeding drafted posts instead of starting from a blank page every week.

Landing pages and forms

Campaign-specific pages that post straight into your CRM with the source attached.

Attribution

A defensible answer to which dollar produced which job.

Phase 03

Compound

Systems that get more valuable every month you run them.

The build is an asset. Assets appreciate when they are maintained and documented, and depreciate when they are abandoned. Phase three is the operating layer — reporting people actually read, decisions backed by measurement, and a handoff thorough enough that you are never hostage to us.

Reporting that gets opened

A dashboard your operators use on Monday morning, not a PDF nobody reads.

Media mix decisions

Where the next dollar goes, argued from data — the same discipline used to allocate enterprise media budgets under negotiated joint business plans.

Role-based access

Authentication and permissions that scale as you add crews, offices or admin staff.

Security and backups

Encryption, automated backups, monitoring, and an actual recovery path.

Training and handoff

Your team trained on the whole system, with documentation. Thirty days of post-launch support included.

Room to grow

Built for extension — custom API integrations and new modules bolt on instead of forcing a rebuild.

Not sure which phase you need?

Most people think they need a website. Usually they need phase two.
