who it's for

Two lanes.

We could take anyone. We would rather be the obvious choice for two groups than a reasonable option for everybody. These are the two where what we have already built means you start ahead.

Lane A · Dallas–Fort Worth

Contractors & Trades

Who

Concrete, roofing, HVAC, remodel, fencing, landscape, custom builds. Typically $1M–$15M in revenue, 5 to 60 people, an owner who still answers the phone.

What's broken

You are winning work on reputation and running the business on a whiteboard, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, and three apps that do not talk to each other. Nobody can tell you where a lead came from. Bids get quoted twice. And the jobs you would most want to bid on are sitting in public permit filings that nobody on your team has time to read.

What we build for you

  • A CRM structured around jobs and crews — not a software company’s idea of a sales pipeline
  • A lead engine polling DFW building permits, appraisal district records, TxDOT projects, Google Places and OpenStreetMap on a daily schedule
  • Quote to job to invoice in one system, without re-typing a customer’s name three times
  • Local paid search and paid social that fills the calendar in your actual service radius
  • A site that converts the traffic you are already paying for

Status: Already running in production for a DFW concrete contractor.

Lane B · National

Outdoor, Overland & Tactical Gear

Who

Brands making things people are genuinely loyal to — recovery gear, packs, optics, EDC, apparel, vehicle build-out. Usually founder-led, DTC-first, selling through Shopify plus some wholesale or marketplace.

What's broken

You have two problems that look unrelated and are not. First, four years of shoot footage, ambassador content and customer UGC scattered across drives, phones and DMs — you paid for all of it and can find almost none of it. Second, a media program that is mostly boosting whatever organic post happened to do well, with no plan underneath and no honest read on what actually drove revenue.

What we build for you

  • Every asset in one library, AI-tagged against a real taxonomy, searchable in plain English
  • Drafted social posts pushed straight from that library instead of built from scratch weekly
  • Paid social and programmatic planned the way a Fortune 500 brand plans it — audience strategy first, creative brief second, budget third
  • Full-funnel measurement instead of last-click guessing and platform-reported ROAS
  • Retail and marketplace media strategy when you are ready to sell through someone else’s shelf

Status: Founding partner slots open — free build in exchange for a case study, introductions and first right of refusal.

Not in either lane?

Tell us anyway. If the problem is a broken system and demand that does not compound, it is probably the same job wearing different clothes.
