Build the machine.
Then feed it.

We build the system that runs your business — then run the media engine that fills it.

Most businesses buy software, or they buy ads. The ones that win the next decade own the system and control the demand running through it — because that is the only version where the value compounds instead of renewing. That is precision marketing: the right customer reaching you at the right moment, through a system you own — not rented attention that resets the day you stop paying.

what we do

Four parts. One machine.

Own the Infrastructure.

One system instead of nine subscriptions. Site, client portal, CRM, invoicing, scheduling — built around how you actually work, deployed on your accounts, under your domain. The code is yours the day it ships.

Fill It Automatically.

Most CRMs are an empty box you pay to keep empty. Ours arrives with a lead engine attached — pulling permit filings, appraisal records, and public project data on a daily schedule so there is pipeline in it on day one.

Make the Content Work.

You already paid for the photos and the footage. It is scattered across three phones and a hard drive. We put it in one library, tag it with AI so you can find it in plain English, and push it out as drafted posts.

Run the Media.

We spent seven years buying paid social, programmatic, and retail media on the brand side of a Fortune 500 CPG company. The same planning, audience, and measurement discipline — pointed at a business your size.

who it's for

Two lanes. Same machine.

We are deliberately narrow. These are the two places where what we have already built gives a client an unfair advantage on day one.

Contractors & Trades

Concrete, roofing, HVAC, remodel, fencing, landscape. You are doing real volume on a whiteboard, a shared inbox, and three apps that do not talk. Meanwhile the jobs you want are sitting in public permit filings nobody on your team has time to read.

  • CRM built for job-based work, not SaaS sales pipelines
  • Daily lead sourcing from DFW permits, appraisal records and TxDOT projects
  • Quote-to-invoice in one system instead of four
  • Local paid search and social that fills the crew calendar
  • Already running in production for a DFW concrete contractor
Lane B · National

Outdoor, Overland & Tactical Gear

You make gear people are loyal to. You also have four years of shoot footage, ambassador content and customer UGC scattered across drives and DMs — and a media program that is mostly boosting whatever posted well. Both of those are solvable.

  • Every asset in one library, AI-tagged, searchable in plain English
  • Drafted social posts pushed from the library, not built from scratch
  • Paid social and programmatic planned the way a Fortune 500 brand plans it
  • Full-funnel measurement instead of last-click guessing
  • Retail and marketplace media strategy when you are ready for it
builds

Shipped, not mocked up.

Every system here is running code. Two of them are products we build and operate ourselves — which is the only reason we can hand one to a client in weeks instead of quarters.

Ohio Background Check

Westlake, Ohio · employment & tenant screening since 1997

We inherited a WordPress site that had been hacked. Roughly 7,500 casino-spam pages had been injected into it, four rogue administrator accounts were sitting in the user list, and a fake plugin was keeping the door open. Google had indexed the spam. The business ranked nowhere for its own category.

We backed it up, removed the intruders, cleared every injected page, brought WordPress and every plugin current, and rebuilt the search foundation — proper metadata, local business schema, consistent name-address-phone across directories. Then the security work that stops it happening again, a rebuilt order form, and mobile fixes throughout.

We did not learn media on your budget.

Most people building small-business websites learned advertising by running small-business ads. We come out of seven years on the brand side of a Fortune 500 CPG — planning and buying integrated media across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Google Ads, DV360 and The Trade Desk, negotiating annual spend agreements with platforms and retail media networks, and building audience strategy in an Epsilon clean room against retailer first-party data.

That is the discipline We point at businesses your size. The planning rigor, the measurement, the refusal to call a boosted post a strategy.

how it runs

Build. Fill. Compound.

Phase 01

Build

Kill the subscription stack. Stand up the thing you actually own.

  • Custom site on infrastructure you control
  • Brand identity and design system
  • CRM and client records, structured for your trade
  • Domain, hosting, SSL, deployment pipeline
  • Quoting, invoicing and scheduling wired together
Phase 02

Fill

An empty CRM is a liability. This is the part nobody else ships.

  • Automated lead sourcing from public records
  • Web form and landing pages piped straight to the CRM
  • Paid social and search, planned and bought properly
  • Asset library with AI tagging and drafted posts
  • Attribution so you know which dollar worked
Phase 03

Compound

Systems that get more valuable every month you run them.

  • Reporting your operators will actually open
  • Media mix decisions backed by real measurement
  • Role-based access as the team grows
  • Documented handoff — you are never hostage to us
  • Proprietary infrastructure on your balance sheet

We are underpricing the first few on purpose.

Apex Media is early and we would rather have proof than margin. For a limited number of founding builds we will deliver the full system well below what it is worth, in exchange for the things that are worth more to us right now than the fee.

What changes when you own it.

What exactly do you build?

The operating system for a small business, and then the demand that runs through it. A website, a CRM, a client portal, quoting and invoicing, automations that connect them — plus the paid media, content system and lead sourcing that keep it full. Most people will sell you one half or the other. The halves are worthless apart.

How is this different from hiring a web developer or an agency?

A developer ships you a website and leaves. An agency rents you attention and bills monthly forever. We build the asset, hand you the keys, and then run the demand engine on top of it. And unlike almost anyone offering that, We spent seven years on the brand side of a Fortune 500 CPG running programmatic and paid social at scale — so the media half is a career, not a side skill.

Why not just buy HubSpot, Salesforce, or a Wix site?

You can, and most businesses do. You will pay four figures a month for tools that do a fraction of what you need, in a shape you did not choose, holding data you cannot fully export. When you leave, you leave with nothing. The build we do costs less than two years of that stack and you keep it permanently.

What does it cost?

Less than the SaaS subscriptions it replaces over a two-year window, and a fraction of an agency retainer. Right now we are deliberately underpricing a small number of founding builds to put real work in the portfolio — see the founding partner terms below.

How long does it take?

A full infrastructure build runs 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch depending on scope. The media engine starts producing while the build is still in progress — there is no reason to wait for a launch date to start filling the pipeline.

What do I own at the end?

Everything. Code, design, database, IP, domain, hosting accounts. It runs on infrastructure in your name. You can hand it to any developer on earth and they can pick it up. There is no platform fee to us and no lock-in — the whole point is that the system is an asset you hold, not a rental you service.

Who is this actually for?

Two groups right now. Dallas–Fort Worth contractors and trades doing real volume on duct-taped software — concrete, roofing, HVAC, remodel, fencing, landscape. And outdoor, overland and tactical gear brands sitting on more content than they can use, buying media without a real plan behind it.

What happens after launch?

You get trained on the whole system and 30 days of post-launch support. After that you can run it yourself, hand it to someone internal, or keep us on to run media and iterate. It is built so that staying with us is a choice, not a dependency.

Let's map it.

Thirty minutes. We will tell you what we would build, what we would kill, and where your demand should come from. No deck.
